This is a residential and office building that was built over 40 years ago. We expanded the bathroom and office space, which had become cramped, and carried out renovation work that included earthquake resistance. The laundry room and washroom are separate rooms, taking into account the living hours of three generations: elementary school students, grandmothers, and working couples. Seeing that the structure was in good condition, we carried out construction work while remembering the people who built it 40 years ago, and the building was successfully completed.
